Baku, 07 October (AzerTAc) -- The 4th Islamic Conference of the Ministers of Higher Education and Scientific Research today has adopted the report of the Director General of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization, Dr. Abdulaziz Othman Altwaijri, on ISESCO's efforts in the field of higher education, scientific research and technology.
